✨MORNING PAGES WEEK 17 | LOVE & TRANSFORMATION | 4TH CHAKRA✨
Do you want to start writing your morning pages but don’t know where to start?
I share my weekly inspiration with you to help you on your way.
Writing morning pages is a beautiful and effective way to clear your head in the morning. To start your day productive, activate the creative juices and help you create your life path intentionally and consciously.
✨HERE ARE YOUR 5 GUIDED QUESTIONS ON THIS WEEK’S THEME | 4TH LOVE & TRANSFORMATION✨
🖌5 guided questions for the coming week🖌
1️⃣ What kind of love would I like to receive and give, and what would that look like?
2️⃣ How would giving and receiving the love I want/need transform me?
3️⃣ Can love from others transform me, or only love for myself? How?
4️⃣ What do I need from me to transform my vibration towards how I would like to exist in this world?
5️⃣ What would it feel like to be the fully loved and transformed me? Visualize and explore without limits.
Morning pages are best done first thing in the morning. 3 full A4 pages longhand writing is the original idea, but feel into what suits you best. So if writing in the evening, typing instead of longhand, or writing more or fewer pages works better for you, feel free to explore. And when you find what suits you, stick to that and give yourself time to get into this daily routine.
When you are new to writing in general or to creating a morning practice, take your time to get yourself into it and know it’s a process that is just like training a muscle, the more you do it, the easier it gets.
❤️Enjoy writing your morning pages!❤️
