SELF LOVE | BREATH PRACTICE | THE LONG BREATH
In this little tutorial, I share a loving awareness tool with you to find your breath and connect to your subtle body, ease the nervous system and the mind.❤️
🤫LONG BREATH🤫
1️⃣ Light a candle or some incense to set up your sacred space.
2️⃣ Come sit down in a comfortable position and start settling down into your breath.
3️⃣ Bring your focus towards your feet with some grounding touch.
4️⃣ Come back to stillness and breathe deeply in and sigh it out a couple of times.
5️⃣ Place your hands on your belly and breathe deep into your physical belly.
6️⃣ While simultaneously focusing on the subtle body, breathing in and out from the crown of the head to the toes.
7️⃣ Breathing in from the toes to the crown and breathing out from the crown to the toes.
8️⃣Gently let go of the practice and wake up your body how you like😊
