Do you want to start writing your morning pages but don’t know where to start? I share my weekly inspiration with you to help you on your way. Writing morning pages is a beautiful and effective way to clear your head in the morning. To start your day productive, activate the creative juices and help you create your life path intentionally and consciously.

✨HERE ARE YOUR 5 GUIDED QUESTIONS ON THIS WEEKS THEME, START AT THE BEGINNING✨

2️⃣ What are some big dreams in my life?

3️⃣ What creative outlet brings a smile to my face?

4️⃣ What creative skill(s) would I like to learn?

5️⃣ Which first step do I need to take to realize my dream(s)?

Morning pages are best done first thing in the morning. 3 full A4 pages longhand writing is the original idea, but feel into what suits you best. So if writing in the evening, typing instead of longhand, or writing more or less pages works better for you, feel free to explore. And when you find what suits you, stick to that and give yourself time to get into this daily routine. 

When you are new to writing in general or to creating a morning practice, take your time to get yourself into it and know it’s a process that is just like training a muscle, the more you do it, the easier it gets.
