Give your feet some well-deserved love with this beautiful grounding foot massage. Here is how you do it:
✨Give your feet some LOVE✨
1️⃣ Find a cozy spot, get your massage oil out, and light a candle.
2️⃣ Set a self-love intention.
3️⃣ First start to warm and ground your feet without oil.
4️⃣ Take some oil, rub it warm between your hands and feel & smell the LOVE.
5️⃣ Rub your feet gently with long soothing strokes.
6️⃣ Give your toes some extra attention.
7️⃣ Give your feet a good squeeze and a loving hug.
8️⃣ End with gentle strokes up towards the legs.
