The Be Love Tribe 4th Vinyasa Flow Class | Upper Body Strength & Side Crow

This is intermediate flow class with adjustment suggestions for all levels. In this class we focus on opening the hips and breathing into this space. In this class we explore upper body strength and side crow pose. An invigorating practice with a lovely and nourishing yin like cooling down.
