Writing morning pages is a beautiful and effective way to clear your head in the morning. To start your day productive, activate the creative juices and help you create your life path intentionally and consciously.

1️⃣ Try to be still and focus on your Manipura in meditation and start writing what comes up.
2️⃣ Can I tap into that lifeforce energy and feel my life purpose?
3️⃣ Can I see a clear answer or feeling around my purpose? Go and explore.
4️⃣ When I tap into the power and clarity of my Manipura, what do I feel?
5️⃣ What steps can I start to take towards fulfilling my found purpose?
Morning pages are best done first thing in the morning. 3 full A4 pages longhand writing is the original idea, but feel into what suits you best. So if writing in the evening, typing instead of longhand, or writing more or fewer pages works better for you, feel free to explore. And when you find what suits you, stick to that and give yourself time to get into this daily routine.
When you are new to writing in general or to creating a morning practice, take your time to get yourself into it and know it’s a process that is just like training a muscle, the more you do it, the easier it gets.
