3️⃣ How can I create more self-discipline and healthy habits towards living a more fulfilled life?

5️⃣ How can I tap into and maintain this vibration of self-confidence in my life?
Morning pages are best done first thing in the morning. 3 full A4 pages longhand writing is the original idea, but feel into what suits you best. So if writing in the evening, typing instead of longhand, or writing more or fewer pages works better for you, feel free to explore. And when you find what suits you, stick to that and give yourself time to get into this daily routine.
When you are new to writing in general or to creating a morning practice, take your time to get yourself into it and know it’s a process that is just like training a muscle, the more you do it, the easier it gets.
