Writing morning pages is a beautiful and effective way to clear your head in the morning. To start your day productive, activate the creative juices and help you create your life path intentionally and consciously.

1️⃣ What does nourishing myself mean to me?
2️⃣ How was self-nourishment present in my environment when growing up?
3️⃣ Do I feel an inherent sense of trust and love towards myself?
4️⃣ Do I feel firmly rooted in most situations and why or why not?
5️⃣ How can I create and maintain a regular nourishing practice to keep feeling safe and positive in my life?
Morning pages are best done first thing in the morning. 3 full A4 pages longhand writing is the original idea, but feel into what suits you best. So if writing in the evening, typing instead of longhand, or writing more or fewer pages works better for you, feel free to explore. And when you find what suits you, stick to that and give yourself time to get into this daily routine.
When you are new to writing in general or to creating a morning practice, take your time to get yourself into it and know it’s a process that is just like training a muscle, the more you do it, the easier it gets.
