In this little tutorial, I share a loving awareness tool with you to find your inner place of stillness, where you can relax and let your mind surrender to the silence. Please join me in finding your stillness. The place where you donāt have to do anything. Where your body doesnāt have to work and where your mind and soul can sink into that sweet dark nourishing silence.ā¤ļø
š¤«POINT OF STILLNESSš¤«
1ļøā£ Light a candle or some incense to set up your sacred space.
2ļøā£ Come sit down in a comfortable position and start settling down into your breath.
3ļøā£ Start observing your breath flow, breathing gently in and out.
4ļøā£ Notice that breathing in and out requires some active effort from the body.
5ļøā£ The only effortless point is at the end of the out-breath just before the next in-breath.
6ļøā£ This is your sweet spot of stillness.
7ļøā£ Practice staying in this space at the end of the out-breath for as long as comfortably possible, to help still your body and ease your mind.
8ļøā£Keep breathing in and out like this for as long as you likeš„°
