Writing morning pages is a beautiful and effective way to clear your head in the morning. To start your day productive, activate the creative juices and help you create your life path intentionally and consciously.

Cleaning and cleansing also contain some shadow work to internally make the space for new habits and beliefs that will help you expand and harvest later this year. So let's look at some last inner spring cleaning to get ourselves truly ready to receive life!

🖌6 Inner Inventory Questions for the coming week🖌
1️⃣ If you look at yourself honestly without judgement, can you see if and how you use coping mechanisms to avoid showing your true self to yourself and others?
2️⃣ Take some time for introspection and make a list of avoiding behaviors and tools.
3️⃣ What do you use as coping tools when someone else feels too intense in his or her honest authenticity?
4️⃣ What does that mirror of another’s authentic communication show you about yourself?
5️⃣ Can you go back to your list of avoiding behaviors and see how these relate to the triggers of question 4?
6️⃣ What kind of helpful behaviors could you use to replace the avoiding tools on your list?
Morning pages are best done first thing in the morning. 3 full A4 pages longhand writing is the original idea, but feel into what suits you best. So if writing in the evening, typing instead of longhand, or writing more or fewer pages works better for you, feel free to explore. And when you find what suits you, stick to that and give yourself time to get into this daily routine.
When you are new to writing in general or to creating a morning practice, take your time to get yourself into it and know it’s a process that is just like training a muscle, the more you do it, the easier it gets.
